Sirius/XM ordered TrumpOnStern.com to take down all audio on Oct. 6, 2018. While this audio served a important public service and was clearly fair use, we do not have the resources to prove this in court.
Trump calls into the show after frequent guest A.J. Benza punches Stern staff member “Stuttering” John Melendez. Trump suggests that Melendez sue Benza and sue the Howard Stern Show.
Earlier that year Trump and Benza got into a heated on-air exchange after Trump “stole” Benza’s girlfriend, Kara Young.
